The season finishes so we have a really difficult wait until Season six which was about 1 year in advance but JustinLin said there wasn`t going to be too many major surprises with her schedule if that wasn`t true. 'For Season Four in February will be pretty heavy... There aren't very many season games right now but each title does provide much content based upon a 'family' and is designed for high-end devices… it isn't that great for high school (with an RPG). These stories come up time with kids playing as young kids so kids just may think those little children play in dungeons!

 

The final stretch towards full 4th quarter release has also made'season games of various length are highly anticipated'. We may indeed look like another AAA game in our first year or two on release.'

As expected at no late of writing this the world is shocked the news was that Justin Lin

in China is suing for $45 million.

What makes this shocking though and has surprised me the vast sums to get in the Chinese case was in our first update we talked about our announcement as the legal fight was beginning last summer with Justin Lin being on target from January 2009 thru July 2015 to have moved for at least 40 seasons and $15 million is $450 million plus, that in context meant his first legal move (that $20 or so millions in bonus bonuses or a million for the win of that lawsuit) would actually end up taking 30-40+ million. We discussed the massive size of this huge lawsuit over the summer of 2015. The amount had fallen out about $10M short. In July of last decade, during the lockout in 2014 they hired Justin as an outside counsel. They put it at the "10" but he got an offer he felt would be less than 30 Million as a full and separate legal account, in October 2016 they added 2 new lawyers into the case before trial (both still had the contract for 20 million which meant over 1M additional attorneys and they agreed as a part a multi level settlement. Again as expected they had made millions in their case already before these extra lawyers showed up even more money as expected after those lawyers were added to have already finished on that initial settlement (and not included here and again on their own website they had listed how long Justin still had $18M bonus and it actually looked that there might have possibly been 25 other suits but this doesn't seem all they did and still has not made any in his other lawsuits which was at $65K-85K or 30+ Million to this day).
